Around 30 years ago, Kate and Hannes Winkler took over the hotel from the family estate and completely re-designed it. The property, originally an old farm, opened initially as the “Gasthof Alpenland.

Over the years, the desire to provide guests with a unique holiday experience that caters to their every need has grown: the idea of combining beautiful self-catering accommodation with the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The Landhof was born

Tailor-made for your every need

Today, the Landhof is lovingly run by Isabelle, who brings plenty of energy, heartfelt hospitality, and her charming Tyrolean touch to the house. With her open and cheerful nature, she ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Kate, Isabelle’s mother, still stops by regularly – sometimes for a friendly chat, sometimes just for a visit, and often to add her signature style to the decor, keeping her personal touch alive throughout the Landhof.

Also part of the family are the two dogs Loki and Satchmo. These friendly companions drop by from time to time and are always happy to receive a few cuddles from our guests.

Honest, familiar, and personal – those who stay with us can expect a warm atmosphere, insider tips for exploring the region, and an always-open ear. Isabelle is dedicated to giving every guest an unforgettable stay and approaches every wish with joy and enthusiasm.
