Around 30 years ago, Kate and Hannes Winkler took over the hotel from the family estate and completely re-designed it. The property, originally an old farm, opened initially as the “Gasthof Alpenland.

Over the years, the desire to provide guests with a unique holiday experience that caters to their every need has grown: the idea of combining beautiful self-catering accommodation with the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The Landhof was born

Tailor-made for your every need

Nowadays, daughter Isabelle runs the hotel together with her mother, filling The Landhof with their open nature and charming Tyrolean style. Bojay, the Australian Shepherd, also belongs to the family. Bojay loves new guests and boy does he love to be stroked! Honest and authentic: those who stay here can expect a friendly, family atmosphere, where you will always find an open ear coupled with great advice on the region.  

Both hostesses continually strive to make their guests’ stay unforgettable, tackling every request with delight and heaps of enthusiasm.
