Around 30 years ago, Kate and Hannes Winkler took over the hotel from the family estate and completely re-designed it. The property, originally an old farm, opened initially as the “Gasthof Alpenland.

Over the years, the desire to provide guests with a unique holiday experience that caters to their every need has grown: the idea of combining beautiful self-catering accommodation with the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The Landhof was born

Tailor-made for your every need

Since 2020, daughter Isabelle has been running the Landhof with passion and dedication as the second generation. With her warm personality, charming Tyrolean accent, and a great sense for her guests’ needs, she creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout the house. She’s still lovingly supported by her mother Kate, who takes care of the beautiful decor with an eye for detail – preserving the special charm that makes the Landhof so unique.
