Cancellation Conditions

Der Landhof Aussenansicht Sommer mit altem Bauernhaus.
  • Up until 1 month before arrival, there are no costs incurred by a cancellation and your deposit will be refunded.
  • If you are obliged to cancel your booking between 1 month and 1 week before arrival, a charge of 70% of the accommodation costs will be due.
  • If you are forced to cancel your holiday within the 7 days before the arrival, the charge for the cancellation will be 90% of the apartment price.

The basis for the cancellation invoice will be the apartment price as booked. We will of course endeavour to
resell the cancelled apartment. If we are successful, there will be no cancellation charges made.


We highly recommend that all guests take out a cancellation insurance. This can be booked directly on our
homepage and costs approximately 5% of the apartment price.
