Stunning ViewsThe Wilder Kaiser Region, in the heart of Tyrol with its picture postcard villages of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll, is in actual fact an environment of particular rarity; the Kaiser Mountains and all its peaks have been under environmental protection since 1963.
Although Ellmau is well developed for tourism, its charm is still very much alive. At the foot of the Wilder Kaiser the clocks tick a little differently – idyllic countryside nestles against the imposing mountain backdrop.
